谁可以讲讲买EC的流程 或 哪里可以找到买EC的流程？

比如 我能找到是这个付款时间流程。
请问找银行申请贷款是在哪个阶段？跟HDB（还是开发商？）办手续的流程？开发商有自己的中介帮你办这些么？
申请到了EC再卖HDB的房子来得及么？因为现在的HDB的房子也有LOAN，所以不想因为有existing loan 而EC只能申请60%的LOAN。
申请到了EC到On Booking之间是多久？

1st/2nd Timer without existing mortgage loans(80% loan)
	Deferred Payment Scheme(DPS)	Normal Progressive Payment(NPS)
On Booking	5% Cash(By cheque)
Within 8 weeks	15% Cash/CPF (You will receive your CPF housing grant by this stage)
Stamp Duty(Within 2 weeks after signing S&P)	3% – (minus) $5400 First by Cash,then CPF will reimburse.
Loan Servicing	You start servicing the loan upon TOP.	You start servicing the loan when the foundation of the condo is completed. (Normally 6 months after booking)
The DPS normally will be about 2-3% higher then NPS
