SP - Approval in principal-求助

我已经拿到 SP - Approval in principal了， 想请问一下我能直接把它打印出来当成短期签证进入新加坡么？因为我看到上面写着"This letter contains a pre-approved Single-Journey Visa for entry into Singapore. To use it, the pass holder should produce a copy of this letter to the Duty Officer at the immigration checkpoint."
如果可以的话是不是就不用再去办一个旅游签证进入新加坡了阿？请懂的人帮忙回答一下， 感激不尽。

这个就是可以当签证用的，单程签证。

偶就莫名其妙被厦门机场黑了个医疗检查~~
验血啥的~~~~
以前从浦东机场走都没问题~~~
