1. Standard Chartered Fixed 2 Years
- The best package from SCB currently (1.15%, 1.45%)
- Able to get Full Legal subsidy which is $2050 ( You save $850, compared to those banks which offer 0.4% as legal subsidy)
- free fire insurance for whole loan tenor.

2. Citibank Fixed 3 Years
- Lowest Fixed 3 Years rates 1.35%
- Pls note there is no free fire insurance for 1st year

3. POSB Fixed 5 Years
- Lowest Fixed 5 Years rates at 1.99%

4.Hong Leong Finance (fixed 5yrs)
1.28%,1.88%,2.18%,2.48%,2.48%
thereafter 3.08%

我们拿的standard charter
3 yr lock in
0.75% + SIBOR.
after three years 1.00% + SIBOR
free fire insurance
full legal fee subsidy

没敢拿浮动的。。。我胆小。。。受不了利率飙升的刺激
