请问第二年陪读可以打工这个信息是从哪来的？

我找一个亲戚做我陪读妈妈的担保人，但他问到我说的，第二年就可以打工这个信息从哪来？他在网上没找到。
其实我也找过，好像没有什么官方的说明，还是因人而异？我本来在中国是华文老师，如果第一年想申请个兼职职补习可以吗？

第一年不可以,第二年也不可以打工,永远不可以,除非换成工作证.
第二年可以打工其实是误解,准确的说法是: 第一年不可以换成工作证,第二年起可以申请工作证.
人力部网站有详细说明:
For Long Term Visit Pass holders accompanying their children studying in Singapore, they are not be allowed to hold a work pass during their first year in Singapore. After the first year, they will be allowed to hold a work pass, and be employed in Singapore

第二年起可以申请WP,但也要占公司的外劳配额,没有任何优惠.禁止从事酒吧,舞女, 按摩等工作.
申请SP/EP也可以,要看学历,经验,工资等条件.

你申请陪读证时要求签一张Terms & Conditions of Issue for Long-Term Pass (LTP) Card,其12条规定: Pass holder is not to engage in any form of paid employment ,不得从事任何形式的有偿工作. 所以兼职工作也是禁止的.
