有没有 香港或深圳广州来的？

过几个月要去香港工作，迫切需要学广东话，想找个人学学

我在新加坡十年了，可教你英文或金融方面的，也可陪打网球，或游泳，在我这边。

在香港只要讲英语和华语就可以了，没必要专门学，可以到那里边工作边学。语言关键是要有环境，突击不起来的:victory:

带过一个星期，公司开会都讲广东话。
很多人要么英文不好，要门中文不好，或者会说但不愿意说。。。。。

你牛叉你就讲英文吧！　人家会看高你一线的！　不需要特意学习白话的。我在香港的时候，主要就是讲英文的。无障碍。　（去茶餐厅的时候，讲小小本地话就得了。）

You are right, if you are only a tourist.

what if your boss and fellow colleagues are all speaking cantonese? Do you want to be outsider forever? it is a matter of whether you want to blend into it and get recognized....

if you are big a boss or happy to live in your own world, then it is a different story!

Hah!
Don't feel yourself discriminated even in the rare scenario that they speak in Cantonese for some important things to be discussed. If it really matters, it matters.
I think Hong Kong people are very open-minded, they don't talk so much around the bushes when they need to cut it short and get it done.
So, here go my two pennies, - just do whatever you are supposed to do, and always try to take the bright side, of not knowing Cantonese so well as the locals.
