听说目前UOB可以转到

我也是DBS的,磨了半天便宜150,还在努力中.
没办法,我是第二年,换银行要还律师费,明天去问其他银行愿意帮我还律师费的不.
老婆后悔当初没有跟他们讨价还价.

我的DBS贷款FIX 3年,现在才1年半,不过利息太高,哪位达人指点下现在想换配套该怎么办?换银行也行。

听朋友说利率不高想换配套,1年多前签的DBS锁定3年利率,打给银行说想做re-pricing,1500块的罚款+500块的新配套费。最后磨了一次500刀省掉了。算算还是别动了。难道在绑定期间换配套要交1500刀罚款吗?没法威胁换银行,如果换银行,律师费要补上他们出的那部分。
求解答1500刀算是违约费吗?必须出吗?磨了两次磨不下来啊。

Partial Prepayment Penalty:

Nil, subject to 1 month written notice.

Full Redemption Penalty:

Nil, subject to 3 months written notice.

Yr 2: 1.78% (MR less 2.72%)
