下月那钥匙了，五房，当初给了33kCOV所以不会大整，可一quotation还是上了6k...唉！情况如下：

MINOR RENOVATION WORKR FOR HDB 5ROOM FLAT.

-1. Dismantle and dispose off of existing full height TVstorage cabinet & fix 1 lot 200.00$

敲掉现有电视墙 重新走线200块

-2. Supply & construct 4ft L x 7ft H aluminum bi-foldglass door c/w heavy-duty, overhead sliding track, concealed door handle,stopper & clear glass panel for kitchen entrance. 1 unit Ls 950.00$

给厨房进口处安装一扇aluminumbi-fold glass 的门950块 （貌似有点贵）

-3.Supply labour to dismantle, disposal & replaces newsliding/swing door 2 sets Ls 1,000.00$

给两个卧室现有的2个Built-in衣橱换柜门1000块 （好贵！我在想要不敲了买IKEA新的了）

-4. Supply labour to replaces toilet sitting bowl for 2toilets. (supplied by owner). 2 units Ls 200.00$

换两个马桶人工费200块（马桶自己买）

-5. Supply labour to replaces wash basin & tap forc/toilets. (supplied by owner).1 unit Ls 100.00$

换一套洗脸槽和水龙头（东西自己买）人工费100块

-6.Painting for whole house internal areas for all wall& ceiling area. using ICI/Nippon paint c/w 5+1 colour 1 lot Ls 1,580.00$

粉刷整个屋子1580块

-7.Supply labour & materials to polish existing marbleflooring for living/dining & passageway area.1 lot Ls 700.00$

客厅大理石地板抛光700块（贵么）

-8.Supply labour & materials to sand & re-varnishexisting parquet flooring for 3 bedrooms 1 lot Ls 800.00$

三个卧室木地板清理上漆800块

-9. Chemical acid washing for kitchen, 2 toilet &general cleaning for whole house. 1 time Ls 200.00$

化学清洁厨房厕所及打扫整屋200块 （有人做过这个么）

请问同志们觉得这个contractor要价合理么？谢谢

厨房的门没安过 所以价格不清楚

蛮便宜的啊，我以前的报价单哪里有100,200的啊~楼主宜家的质量差，家具不耐的。而且也不怎么便宜~
