我正好也问过同样的问题，可以online redeem的，贴上他们的回复

I wish to inform you that you may redeem the Daily$ via iBanking by clicking on the banner that says "Redemption of Daily$" which is located at the upper right hand corner of the page (just below the logout button).
A pop up window will then appear, you must choose the "Everyday Card account (Daily$ redeemed will offset card outstanding balance)" option to offset the credit card bill. Please key in the Credit card number, amount to redeem and Mobile Number then click "Submit".
The Bank may take around 7 working days to effect the redemption. Should your payment due date falls within this period, you are strongly advised to make other payment arrangements to avoid late/penalty fees if any. Please note that a minimum redemption amount of Daily$10 is required.
Alternatively, you may also call our Customer Service Officers at 1800 111-1111 or +65  (for calls made from overseas) for assistance on the redemption.
