政府中学网上申请学生证的一个小问题~

Application Status : IPA - PENDING ISSUANCE FEE

现在的状态变成了这个，有没有办过的同学指教一下？
我该怎么做？要亲自到ICA去一趟吗？还是坐等新的状态...?
急阿急阿，还有十天就开学了，真怕学生证办不下来.

Please make payment for the processing fee, your student's pass has already been approved, you should be happy.

Only successful applicants will be issued with an in-principle approval (IPA) letter by ICA.

Completion of Formalities

Foreign students issued with In-Principle Approval (IPA) letters are required to complete formalities in person at ICA Office, 4th Storey, ICA Building. Applicants must be in Singapore on a valid immigration pass to collect the Student's Pass. The completion of formalities is strictly by appointment only. Please use our e-Appointments facility at http://eappointment.ica.gov.sg . Applicants are required to bring along the documents required for collection of the Student's Pass as stated in the IPA letters.
