属于公司信息栏那一页公司不要签字老板也不帮忙填写理由该怎样写呢能不能麻烦有类似写过这封理由英文信的同胞分享一下，里面阐述的内容，如果照实：比如说老板不愿意个人申请到PR，这样说的话合理吗，ICA会怎样想啊还是有更好委婉的表达方法，谢谢有经验的人士分享精神了，敬上！！

我当时写的是：公司有规定2年内不准申请PR,但我个人需要。就这意思云云。
英文就不翻了，自己写写。

You may reason to ICA in terms of HR policy, remuneration, incentive etc. For instance
1. HR did not attend my application unless I fullfill one yr contract
2. To ensure profit maximization, employer refuse to sign it as my firm will have to contribute CPF if I am granted SPR in the future
3. Employer want to maintain the overwhelming bargin power with me as SPR has more power to demand an attractive bonus
