国外不是天堂，也不是地狱
跟中国一样，是普通的人间

也行连普通的人间都比不上呢？

When you cannot make it in a new environment, do you blame the environment or yourself? I have a Chinese colleague who is making his living here with considerable success. He is well mannered, learned and very importantly, he contributes. Therefore we consider him part of our team which comprises of global nationalities. What I find that many Chinese who cannot adapt themselves are people who are ignorant and arrogant. Too annoyingly arrogant to concede his ignorance so that he can show humility and admit that he needs to learn more. This is because the world does not revolve around China. Whether a new environment is heaven or hell depends on yourself. Nobody's going to pity you when you fall and nobody will be able to share your glory when you succeed. Wake up and stop blaming everything else except yourself.
