谢谢good99，俺本来就是男的啊，看完女儿出生满月后我就出国赚奶粉钱了。问的是父亲申请还是母亲申请好啊？另外1、FIN NO用不用填？它总是提示“Invalid FIN”。2、baby护照是在中国驻新加坡领事馆签发的，那么*Country of Issue:该填中国还是新加坡？但是如果填写中国的话，*Place of Issue:却没有中国驻新加坡领事馆的选项，又该怎么办？3、母亲生小孩辞掉工作了，*Occupation及Gross Salary又该填写什么呢？拜托哦。

自己动手，丰衣足食。找ICA是最终的硬道理。
But when we use e-VP and Fill my baby’s FIN number "********", It always prompt "Invalid FIN", But the number "********" really is my baby's birth registration number, what do I fill in?
Use the D/E card number to submit the LTSVP application.

The second, my baby's passport is issued in the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, then* Country of Issue: is fill China or Singapore? But if China would fill in, * Place of Issue: "Chinese Embassy in Singapore" is not an option, what do I fill in?

The third, because of baby’s father is working oversea, and his income is enought to sustain my family livings in Singapore. But he is not in Singapore yet, and I was too sick to work because of pregnancy, In order to take care of children, I had quit working and no income. So, Can I, the mother apply the LTSVP as a sponsor for the baby?
Yes.
Then what do I fill in the "Occupation" and "Gross month salary" ?Is "Not Economically Active" and "zero"? Yes. You are required to submit your husband's letter of employment for family income proof.  Or the monthly remittance he has made regularly to your bank account in Singapore as proof.   

Or, only can the father apply the LTSVP as a sponsor for the baby? Either one of you could sponsor.  and must he return Singapore to do it?
Only if we request for submission of documents, he is required to sign on Form 14.

Or, the father apply the LTSVP as a sponsor for the baby in website, and let me to complete the remaining formalities? Is it OK?
The local sponsor need to be seen at least once for the application of LTSVP.

谢谢豆妈，是一直这个状态，然后某一天申请结果出来了，还是它会电邮通知你交齐其他资料，然后状态再变成penging，然后再有批准或拒绝的结果呢？

请问豆妈，我已经申请了，如何提交存款记录证明呢？是现在直接拿存折复印件到4楼柜台提交就行了吗？还是等LTSVP批准后再提交？
