下星期华中有一个关于性教育的讲座，有兴趣的家长欢迎参加。时间是9月30日星期五晚上7:00-9:00。讲座是英文的。
Topic: Understanding Your Son' s Sexuality
Speaker: Mr Andrew Choo
Venue: LT 2, Hwa Chong Institution (High Sch)
Cost : $18 per person ( dinner at 6 pm)
Deadline for registration: 27th Sep (next Tues- need the numbers to arrange for dinner)

Speaker will cover the areas about growth and development of a child sexuality. Their desire to express, explore and experience this a sexual relationship..
Will also touch on sexual development from the physical body and the attraction of the opposite sex.

1 A general introduction to youths and sexuality. topics discussed will be "the body," "the mind" and the experiences
2 What parents need to know about youths and sexuality - somethings parents just need to know and do not be afraid.
3 Questions and answers

Myth about Sexuality Education?
There are lots of questions that parents may want to ask. Speaker will discuss and hopes to interract with parents who want to ask any sensitive questions
Friends of parents are welcomed. Also, if you know any parents from other consortiums, do invite them as well.
No children, incl HCI students, due to the sensitive nature of the topic.

小学也有性教育课程呀，为什么要舍近求远？

发信给家长，不是让家长去，而是让家长签字同意孩子去。
因为性教育比较敏感，不是每个家长都同意孩子去参加的。

我孩子从没参加过要钱的这种学习。

收费应该是专家吧？
听说一到学校假期，很多妈妈就到妇产科医生那给女儿拿避孕药，这个问题一定得重视。

原来是给家长听的。嘿嘿，家长明白，孩子不明白，也是白搭呀。
也不能象某电影里的妈妈，发现孩子谈朋友了。就天天在孩子的早餐中“加料”。
