如果可能 这4个字大有讲究。什么程度才算可能？手上有大笔闲钱发愁没地方花才算吧？不然对绝大多数人来说，手头有 10多万现金，比什么都现实。

1）You must pay the downpayment, i.e. 15%, for the EC unit within eight weeks from the date you exercise the Option to Purchase using:
CPF Housing Grant, CPF Savings, cash

2）If you have one or more outstanding housing loans (whether from HDB or a financial institution regulated by MAS) at the time of applying for a housing loan from banks or financial institutions, the mode of payment for the downpayment is as follows:
5% of purchase price in cash
10% of purchase price in CPF Housing Grant, CPF Savings, cash

3）The CPF Housing Grant, if applicable, forms part of the CPF funds and may be used to pay the balance downpayment
4）Legal fees and stamp duties may be paid using cash or CPF funds
