I am eligible and have the intention to buy a 2nd hand 5 rooms HDB flat in Jurong West area, my requirement is as follows.
1. Near any MRT station, prefer 5I corner, mid floor with balcony, Chinese owner;
2. Renovated and good condition;
3. Selling price is not more than SGD 400K.
4. I want to buy it from the owner directly.

I would like to pay higher cash to the owner, interested sellers, please contact me at , no agent please.
