绝对要买，很快就轮到整体重建了。

以前有大批JTC的房子，现在剩下的不多了。JTC的房子几乎不会翻新，因为户型和HDB有差别。只有整体重建一条路。想想看，40年的房子了，政府准备留在那里当古迹吗？重建是必然的。
