关于执行公寓Ec的问题

关于执行公寓Ec的购买时，需要卖掉现在的组屋（假如现在的组屋已经过了最少居住期的要求）吗？执行公寓 算是HDB房子吗？

不对吧。5年以上的EC相当于私人屋了，只是不可以卖给外国人

(1) 那么5年以上的EC,一个家庭就是只有一个PR,可以买吗？还是也是需要两个PR才可以买吗？

(2) 也就是买这个5年之后的EC,原来的组屋也可以保留？

我觉得agent有时候也是不清不楚的。

根据HDB网站上的，明确说是等同于私人房产：

1个就可以。组屋应该跟此无关，因为是等同于私人房产的

5年后就等同于私人公寓了，只是外国人买不到。网上说5年-10年的EC=转售组屋是不对的，因为转售组屋不可以马上出租，而5年-10年期间的转售EC是可以随时出租或者出卖的。

根据HDB的解释，当然是后一个中介说的对（当然，不能是新的EC）。

其实EC从来就不是HDB，是因为有津贴所以才有那些限制

租屋跟5年以后的EC可以共同拥有，太多实例了。不需要在乎中介的话。很多中介自己都不懂。
