因为PACT考试是有JC段的
但没有听说过直接拿PACT考试成绩入高中的例子

具体查阅了pact的网站。
指出 No direct admission is allowed to this critical level as students will not have sufficient preparation time for the GCE "A" level.
所以是不可以通过pact的。

方法是真的有的。但是够不够优秀，能不能上，那得看他们自己了。
基本机会不太大。。。

Junior College Principals Academy Certification Test (J-PACT) allows International Student (IS) and Returning Singaporeans (including Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Resident) children to seek admission to a junior college at the start of the new academic year in January.  It will be conducted at the end of each year, for admission to year one JCs only.
