yes, just yesterday night. he able to  compare DBS offer and others bank offer.
he said that others bank cant offer this rate,dun know can trust anot?

我想拿dbs 或maybank 的5年固定算了，5年不用操心了，反正还是比hdb的2.6便宜。
5年  dbs 1.99%
          maybank  5 Year Fixed Package (5 year lock-in)
Year 1          0.88%
Year 2          2.00%
Year 3          2.25%
Year 4          2.50%
Year 5          2.50%
Thereafter      3.25% (SRFR - 0.50%)

maybank 3年固定

3 Year Fixed Package (3 year lock-in)
Year 1          0.88%
Year 2          1.90%
Year 3          2.30%
Thereafter      3.25% (SRFR - 0.50%)

if u select 5years lock in format is suit for all those investment type, cause after few yesr u plan to sell out.
if u plan to stay your self then better select 固定de.
