第一楼又更新，要装修了大家看，这个报价单合适吗

6月27日更新：我现在用的装修商，但要到7月下旬才开始装修，这几天在选材料。
下面是他的报价，看上去比较合理：

Descriptions Amount

Masonry Works

1) Supply and overlay wall tiles at master toilet. $1300

2) Supply and overlay wall tiles at common toilet. $1300

3) Supply and overlay floor tiles at master toilet. $400

4) Supply and overlay floor tiles at common toilet. $400

5) To construct shower kerbs at two toilets. $160

6) Supply and lay laminate flooring at 3 bedrooms only. $1400

Sub-Total:$4960

*Tiles based on $2.50 per sqft

Carpentry Works

1) Supply and install 15ft L-shape kitchen cabinet only. (Top) $1200

2) Supply and install 15ft kitchen cabinet bottom only. (Bottom) $1200

3) Supply and install 15ft solid surface worktop only. $900

4) Supply and install cooker hob & hood only. $580

5) Install kitchen sink and inlet/outlet pipe for kitchen sink only. $200

6) Supply and install drainers only. $80

Sub-Total:$4160

Aluminium Works

1) Supply and install 3 sets of aluminium bi-fold doors at kitchen and two toilets. $540

2) Supply and install window grilles for whole house. $980

3) Supply and install wrought iron gate. $450

Painting Works

1) Supply and paint whole house.

2) Supply and paint doors and door frames.

3) Supply and paint toilets piping.

Plumbing Works

1) Supply and install stainless steel piping at kitchen and two toilets. $580

3) Install 2 sets of washbasins at two toilets only. $90

这是第一次找的装修商，（补充，我们是hdb resale 4 room)，觉得报价单有一点高，但是不知道具体高在哪里，请达人们指点一二，谢谢。

Masonry Works:

• Overlay wall tiles to existing toilet $3000
• Over lay floor tiles to toilet $750
• Construct kerb for master bedroom toilet $150
• Overlay laminated floor tiles to 3 bedrooms $2400

材料不一样（单价有贵的有便宜的，不知道人家给你的是哪一种，如果是使用的好材料呢？），面积不一样（3房式的屋子和5房式的屋子，组屋和公寓，肯定报价不一样的）会相差很多的。

楼主给的信息都不齐全，你叫别人做何评价？

接受ls的意见。我买的组屋resale，十年房，4房。

ls的话，让我明白了我的装修商也有点问题，因为他们也就给了我上面的报价，没有具体写明用料和尺寸。

我还在问另外一家。到时更新给大家。

是的，很贵。

我又问了另外一个装修商，他给我的价钱相同，但是厨房的煤气灶油烟机，还加上整个房间的防盗窗以及换一扇花氏铁门全包。

我们昨天去选瓷砖了，现在的瓷砖好美啊。我找的是装修商不是设计师。

你要问报价最好向我在一楼那样把要做的东西一项一项写出来，你可以email给他，在每项后面写出价格。他的价格说实在很合理，但是还没开始给我们做，我不知道做的怎样，暂时不敢推荐。他和他的工人都是马来西亚人。

另外，看过我之前帖子的人应该知道我老公的大哥是个善于投诉和盘算的人，但是这个装修商就是他选的，而且已经在他们家装修一个星期了，至今我没有听到来自他那边的投诉。
