Help! I can not type Chinese in my pc.

Don't know why. Can not find the language bar! Anybody can help? Thank you.

1.开始---运行---输入---ctfmon---确定。
2.单击“开始”，选择“运行”，输入“regedit”打开注册表编辑器，定位到HKEYC---URRENT---USER\Software\Microsoft \Windows\CurrentVersion\Run，然后在右边点击鼠标右键，选择新建—字符串值，在名称里面输入ctfmon.exe，双击ctfmon.exe，输入C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe，重新启动计算机，问题可以解决。
3.新建一个用户并登陆。
4.重装……

Ok, If your computer belongs to your company. You are unauthorise to install any software. So the best way is login www.baidu.com to use cloud computing inputting method to type Chinese.
Choose “拼音” which is locate at the right side of the button as inputting method. Then, copy the characters to where you want.
Alternatively, you also can log in web.qq.com to use QQ or to type Chinese by cloud computing inputting method. The language bar is locate at the lower right side of the page. Click it if want to use it.

Thank you very much. I tried "BaiDu", and found the "Pin Ying", but it can type  Chinese in "Baidu" only.
How can I find the language bar in my computer?
