买HDB房子，在CPF网站看到一句话，不知道什么意思。

If you are buying a HDB flat for the first time, here are some of thingsyou should look out for:
3) Conduct a search on the status of the CPF charge
If you are buying aresale HDB flat from the open market, ensure that the seller has refunded hisCPF used towards the flat in order for the CPF charge to be lifted. Otherwise,you might run the risk of inheriting the CPF charge on your newly purchasedflat. You may contact the Board to conduct a search for you at a fee.

主要请问一下这个CPF Charge 指的是什么？一般是多少钱？谢谢

这个应该不是指钱，而是因为他用了CPF，那么必须等房子卖了以后、钱还给CPF才算了解。

一般人不管这些的，因为都有律师在里面。钱如果不还给CPF，那么房子卖不掉的

说得对。律师如果不卷钱走，会在把钱给你前就扣除CPF的部分和贷款没还完的部分了。

可是查自己的cpf中的钱不需要fee的啊，会不会不应该这么理解啊？
