SP 被拒

SP 被拒了,说是资料不符合, 可能和第一间公司吧(我是第二次申请).
然后给了我MOM的地址和一个fax 号码。要公司给 offer letter & job description和我的学历。
请问大家有遇到类似的问题吗？大约要多久可以知道上诉成功吗？
我的签证就快要过期了。

第一个sp可能学历作了假，现在无法契合？？！！
要看你上诉什么？

要找新公司的HR帮你上述，用MOM的iSubmit，你说的大概就是新公司要给一个为什么雇用你的信，和一个原来公司的推荐信，再是和信公司的HR谈一下，看能不能把薪水尽量写高一点，2000左右吧，按照MOM的网上说法要最少3个星期才能知道结果，根据受理的上述的负责程度，而且只有公司的HR可以查到结果，还会通过信件的方式寄到新公司。
MOM官网资料：It will take at least three weeks or more to process an appeal, depending on the complexity of the case. EP Online users may enquire on the status of the appeals seven working days after submitting the appeal via iSubmit. You may also print the outcome letters of the appeals or view the advisories for rejected appeals.The outcome of the appeal will be sent by post to the employer.
