Should I change my maid?Sign

My maid has been with us 3 month, she is 40+ now. Basiclly she send my 3 year old baby to school 9:AM and pick up at 5PM.  My husband and I are busy with work, leave at 8 and return around 7. So no time to monitor her. Recently I installed a camero in the living room, but she turn the camero to the window, I cant see what she is doing in the room.  Really bad, I was really upset with the camero. I turned the camero to the central living room, then she turned it again to the window. Do mums here have the same prob? Thanks!

告诉她她不可以把摄像头转开的。如果她坚持这么做，你只能换女佣了。。。我觉得。

She is a bit strong, has working here for about 10 years, has so many friends here. I treat her nice, she seems OK. Dont know how to say to her about camero , will ask my husband to speak to her. Last time, I asked her to treat my naughty boy nice, not to make too many friends, her answer is Ok, but attitude makes me uncomfortable. So I was worried about her reaction. Don't want to make things complicated.

同意。。。她可能是在搞什么鬼，不想让你看到。

另外，我以前找女佣时，好几个请过女佣的朋友都跟我说过，40+的女佣太油了，很难管教。

40+ 还有很多朋友。。老油条。。建议换比较好。。而且印尼的比菲律宾的好，菲律宾的普遍都很狡猾。

天哪，最不应该的就是雇主怕女佣，这样你根本没法管她，换掉吧，不要打草惊蛇。你们准备好以后，直接告诉她：现在收拾东西，我们送你走，没得商量。
