I personally don't like jobsDB, Jobstreet, these are local recruitment agent with most of vacancies for local PR or citizen. Efinancialcareer is mainly for higher position, eg management. They are looking for more than 5 years working experience.  I would recomend Roberthalf, but will take a while to find the suitable position. In terms of job market, 2011 is better than 2010 especially at the beginning of new CNY. For banking industry,  an accounting graduate usually startsfrom Back office as an trainee, mainly working within a team and supporting the management to make decisions. When you gradually gain more knowledge or experience, you have a chance to get into other departments.
