The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of China Hongxing Sports Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has submitted the proposal to resume trading in its shares to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited today pursuant to Rule 1303(1) of the Listing Manual.
The Company will make further announcements as and when appropriate on a timely basis.
