AGREEMENT OF SUPPLY LABOUR FOR FABRICATION OF REINFORCEMENT CAGE OF BORED PILES
This Agreement is made between M/s WUHAN INTERNATIONAL GEOTECHINICAL ENGINEERING PTE LTD (hereinafter called the “Main Contractor”) and M/s xxxxxxx (hereinafter called the “Sub-Contractor”).
1.0 Project Location: WASSIT AT IRAQ
2.0 Scope of Work: Supply labor for fabrication of reinforcement cage of bored piles
3.0 Unit Rate, Unit and Payment:
The unit rate is 15,000 Dinars per reinforcement cage with length of 9 meters), the actual quantity should be based on site measurement. The quantity of steel cage completed every day should be confirmed according to main contractor and sub-contractor’s signature daily. The payment shall be released on the 1st of each month for 70% of the completed job, the balance amount shall be one time paid after completion of the whole piling inspection.4.0 Responsibility of main contractor
a) Provide site area, power supply for fabricating reinforcement cage, inspection and assist the sub-contractor to transport the reinforcement cage prior to casting.b) Provide reinforcement, welding rod and 10 sets of electrical welding machine.
c) Installation of reinforcement cages prior to casting of piles.5.0 Responsibility of sub-contractor
a) Provide welding gloves, helmet and all other necessary accessories and equipments. Tools and machineries provided by main contractor shall be properly maintained by sub-contractor. In case of any damage or lost or etc, all cost/expense shall be charged to sub-contractor.
b) Welders must hold relevant certificates |
