有人用过citibank的homeloan吗？

看到一个citibank的配套，锁定三年，固定利率:1.2, 1.6, 1.9，然后sibor＋1.15
大家觉得如何
有没有人用过citi，感觉如何？

我的也是CITI 的，感觉不错，第一年1.5%。。。

问清楚费用就好了，就是一个手续而已，那个便宜用哪个了。

no difference. most important is the price.

and, normally, you need to choose the one in the bank's panel, which mean it could represent the bank as well. that will be cheaper as the lawyer will reprensent both yourself and the bank.

我也想用这个呢 可是我的中介一直说用本地银行比较好 其他的在refiance的时候会有很多麻烦

我家以后要是买公寓,也用citi的~ 现在所有存款,还有几乎所有信用卡余额,都在那儿呢~ 服务很好~
