求一个计算货款的软件

记得好像以前有人发过，但找不到了。现在的货款配套是DBS的，但还了半年多，货款额度还是没什么减少，好像都是在还利息，所以我想有没有相关软件得知银行是如何计算的？谢谢

还了几年，本金都不会怎么减少的，几乎还是那么得多，数字游戏呢。你才半年呢。

so that 因为所以房价这么高，还是卖得这么好，利息低啊。

我好像手机上也存了一个这么一个复杂的大表格。

但这里和中国不一样，3年到期还得refinance,又重来，前面都在还利息，不知何时才是尽头。
