有关结束公司的手续

2007年曾在新加坡注册了家公司，但是至今从未真正做过任何业务，也没开设过账户。最近收到ACRA来信：our records show that the company has failed return by 16/09/2008, despite our reminder.Failure to comply with each of these statutory requirements is an offence for which the officers of the company shall be liable upon conviction to a fine of not exceeding $5000 for each offence and also to a default penalty...
请问该怎么办？如果我现在直接去把公司结束了，还会有事吗？
另外，刚去网站看了下，搞不懂该选择strike off 还是 wind off, 如果要申请strike off, 一定要附上个PFG 文件“attach last set of accounts tabled as last AGM and (if applicable) relevant docmentary evidence on disposal of commenced business to attach letter of confirmation by director”, 请问这个东西是要自己写吗？该怎么写呢？哪位朋友有样本能参考一下吗？
当初只是觉得新鲜又方便，所以注册的，没想到会这么麻烦，还请大家帮忙。谢谢。
