各位高人，今天收到了第一份装修报价，帮忙看一下。本人买的5年的优质组屋4房，厨房，卫生间等都保持得不错，所以只需要做些小小的装修。

装修的内容如下:

1) Supply labour to dismantle existing window grilles for whole house and
remove wardrobe at master bedroom. S$ 350.00
2) To level-up partition wall a master bedroom & remove wooden head-board.                S$ 400.00
3) To remove curtain rail and patch-up holes. S$ 80.00
4) To polish flooring for 3 bedrooms. S$ 480.00
5) To paint whole house including bedrooms' door. S$ 1,600.00
6) To supply & change 1 no. of main door lock. S$ 250.00
7) To clean-up whole house                                     S$ 450.00
8) To supply & install false ceiling at master bedroom's entrance.                                              S$ 150.00
9) To supply & install cornices for 3 bedrooms. S$ 690.00
10) To dismantle ceiling at hall and supply & install L-Box at sitting hall (including re-arrange of ceiling lightings) and to patch-up false ceiling at hall for airconfain coil. S$ 950.00
11) Reposition SCV point at hall. S$ 60.00
12) Supply & install partition to level-up wall at bedroom (including removal of power point, SCV and phone plug). S$ 540.00
13) To patch-up cornice beam for aircon PVC pipe. S$ 80.00

总计：6080SGD
