我的是二手HDB，EA房型，140平。刚拿到报价一份。过两天还会有其它几份。这里牛人多，请大家帮忙为我参考一下。谢谢。

问个菜鸟问题，报价应该按照房间（比如厨房，厕所）列还是工种（比如敲工，电工）列？为了节约大家时间，我把一些重点都标亮了，谢谢。
