可以用自助的通关，护照可以，只要有REP就可以了，在中国返回没有REP不能出境，在新加坡自助通关我用过护照

自动通关是用护照，不是IC
PR和LTSVP持有人也可以自动 ...

    *  Singapore citizens who have yet to register for their NRIC and does not hold Biometric Passports.
    * Singapore Permanent Residents holding non-ICAO compliant machine-readable passports; or have yet to register for their NRIC even if they are in possession of ICAO compliant machine-readable passports
    * Singapore Immigration Long Term Pass holders holding non-ICAO compliant machine-readable passports; or who have yet to obtain the new polycarbonate card even if in possession of ICAO compliant machine-readable passports
    * Employment / Work Permit / Dependent Pass holders

对于Employment / Work Permit / Dependent Pass holders要申请Immigration Automated Clearance System (IACS) Access Card，所以这个通道对任何常驻人口都是可以使用的。
