Fibre installation charges within your premise will be charged at $220 (for high-rise premise) or $450 (for landed premise) for the first 15 metre run.
But during the initial rollout period ONLY, the first 15 metres fibre run within your premise will be provide FREE.
For fibre runs that exceed 15 metres, a fee of $33 per additional 5 metres will be charged.

房子还没拿到钥匙, 查了查,我们那个Block已经Fibre ready了，不知道原来的主人有没有安装，不过无所谓了。

我觉得应该装。即使你家不用，应该为后来的人着想啊。如果你们不装，以后的人装就需要额外费用了。
我买房子的时候，以前的屋主没有装星和电视线，就弄得我多花了150块钱呢。

所以，设想你10年后卖掉房子，或者5年后卖掉房子，买你房子的人会怎么想？
其实，光纤电缆是必然趋势的。
