2,300 DBSS flats coming up

The housing board awarded a tender for a residential site in Yishun, which could yield up to 700 DBSS flats, to SK Land and Guthrie (DBP) for S$148.9 million.

HDB will release another three new DBSS sites for tender later this year in Bedok Reservoir, Upper Serangoon and **pines. It is expected to yield about 1,600 units.

The first site, located at **pines Avenue 5/**pines Central 8, will be released next month and can accommodate up to 580 units.

The other two sites, on the other hand, will be put up for sale in the second half of the year. The land plot at Bedok Reservoir Crescent can yield some 430 units, while 580 units can be built in the Upper Serangoon Road site.
