1500真的很低，这个是私立学校毕业生的价码吧。。
如果是Poly，至少都2千吧。。公立大学的话都2500起的。
不过，如果真的可以学到东西，钱倒不是很重要。刚毕业的，最重要还是吸取经验。。

其实以一位Admin的职位，无需经验，1500是很一般了。最高也不会超过1800。

薪水一般上除了以学历和工作经验来定价，但最重要的还是以公司的预算和职务的规范（Job Scope）来定价的。
