另外今年2月开始,即使是正常出租房间(非整套)屋主也需要去HDB登记了,7天内需要登记,不登记的话如果被查出来就罚款,屡教不改就会收回房子。这个举报电话可能也是和这个新规定有关吧。
To sublet the whole flat, prior approval from HDB is needed. For subletting of bedrooms, no approval from HDB is required. However, with effect 1 Feb 2010, flat owners must register the subletting with HDB within 7 days of doing so. They must also continue to live in the flat during the period of subletting and comply with other subletting conditions.
关于房子最多能住多少人。。。HDB网站也有:
Maximum Number of Subtenants
The maximum number of subtenants allowed in each flat is:
1-room and 2-room 4 persons
3-room 6 persons
4-room and bigger 9 persons
如果出租房间,买下来就可以租。如果要出租整套。。。限制如下,而且需要提前向HDB申请获得同意:
You are allowed to sublet your whole flat if you have occupied your: - Non-subsidised flat (flat purchased from the open market without a CPF housing grant) for at least 3 years, or
- Subsidised flat (flat purchased directly from HDB or from the open market with a CPF housing grant) for at least 5 years
