DP拿到信之后,Notification for Resistration Letter 是什么东西

我LP的DP In-Principle Approval letter上在准备材料并列的一栏有这样一个东西,

Registration At Employment Pass Sevices Centre(EPSC)
To issue the pass holder with a secure card containing biometric data for personal identification , he/she may be required to visit the EPSC.
Please not the following before visiting the centre:
           Print the Notification for Registration Letter via EPOL
The Notification Letter will state whether the pass holder is required to visit the EPSC for fingerprinting and the documents needed for verification.


我是自己投的材料,感觉这个东西通过EPOL申请才需要. 请知道的朋友帮我解答. 因为要请假去, 不想耽误时间白跑一躺.
