按照以下声明中的时间应该是明天（29号）下午5点，可是
1 为什么我的DBSV中已经显示XD了呢？
2 这个时间是怎么算的？比如我买了，但是还没有交割，那算我的，还是给谁了呢？

NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of
Etika International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 1 February 2010 for
the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar,
Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, 3 Church Street, #08-01 Samsung
Hub, Singapore 049483 up to 5.00 p.m. on 29 January 2010 will be registered to determine
shareholders’ entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with
The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 29 January
2010 will be entitled to the proposed dividend.
Payment of the dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be
held on 22 January 2010, will be made on 10 February 2010.
