整个亚洲今年都是资产泡沫，指望房价短期下降不太可能了。

这个大趋势没法改。到2011年就会有大的改观

估价是要参考前几个月的成交价，所以会比较高；但COV相对会低一点，总成交价还是会上升的。

可能要等这一波上涨周期过后，政府推出的大量组屋差不多完工时才会慢慢下降。——至少两三年以后吧~
