【股票】CMA值得买吗？

Summary

We believe CapitaMalls Asia (CMA) is worth S$7.03bn, compared with its book value of

S$5.3bn (as at 30 September 2009) and the implied value of S$8.23bn from its IPO offer price

of S$2.12 per share. In our opinion, CMA deserves to trade at a PBR of 1.33x, while the IPO

has been priced at a steeper 1.55x.
