刚拿到 OCBC 下面 3 年 配套

（c） Interest Rate Commencement : The applicable rates of interest, as set out in clause (d) below, shall commence from the date of first disbursement of the Term Loan or 3 months from the date of this Letter of Offer, whichever is earlier.

(d) Interest Rate : 2.9000% per annum below our prevailing HDB Value Rate_1108 (currently at 4.5000% per annum) for the first 36 months;
Thereafter, 0.7500% below our prevailing HDB Value Rate_1108 (currently at 4.5000% per annum) or such other rate as the Bank may stipulate from time to time.


DBS的固定三年1.99%  配套

DBS  固定三年1.99%
DBS，头一年是1.99，第二年2.19，第三年是2.29。三年后3.75% （maybe need to re-finance after 3 years). 如果一起搭卖 一个 Aviva Insurance Plan 就是 fix 1.99% 三年了

这个诱惑很大啊 不过俺比较保守 觉得先锁定3 年吧
