ICA的网站去搜索一下吧，既然form都有编号，估计能找到

不过好像没有和批准信一起寄给我啊 可能信不是我自己收的关系 我还要check一下
ICA的网站上也没有下载这个,只说:
                                                                                                                                                                The purpose of the EP152 is for the applicants to confirm that they arestill working in the same company as declared in their SPR applicationforms. If the employer refuses to sign the EP152, ICA is prepared toaccept other forms of documentary evidence (e.g. a valid work pass,last 6 months' payslips, etc) of applicant's employment status.
