Ivory Heights没有游泳池应该是便宜的原因之一吧。

我正好人在美国，想卖房。主要是隔得太远，每次租约到期，劳心劳力地找人租，很烦。当然也想卖个好价钱。

刚买了HDB，不然就可以考虑你的了。。。。。。。。。
