【贷款】现在由什么好的贷款配套????

要贷款了,又没有什么好的贷款配套,本来是想DBS的三年1.99%的,可是,它要求贷款要超过30万,并且是估价的80%要超过30万,我的房子355,80%只有284,就差一点点啊!!!!郁闷啊!!!!!!!!!!


有好的贷款推荐一下吗???????????

请问楼主 是不是贷款越多越好?? 我的房子45万, 80%超过30.
我应该还多些cash, 贷款不超过30万, 跟别的银行贷款划算? 还是即使有cash 仍然跟DBS贷款30万 划算???

1yr lock in

(with constant mthly installment)

Yr 1: 1.98% (HMBR less 2.52%)

Yr 2: 2.88% (HMBR less 1.62%)

Yr 3: 3.28%(HMBR less 1.22%)

Thereafter:: 3.75%(HMBR less 0.75%)


2yr lock in

(with constant mthly installment)

Yr 1: 1.88% (HMBR less 2.62%)

Yr 2: 2.68% (HMBR less 1.82%)

Yr 3: 3.28%(HMBR less 1.22%)

Thereafter:: 3.75%(HMBR less 0.75%)


3yr lock in

(with constant mthly installment)

Yr 1: 1.68% (HMBR less 2.72%)

Yr 2: 2.48% (HMBR less 2.02%)

Yr 3: 2.88% (HMBR less 1.62%)

Thereafter:: 3.75%(HMBR less 0.75%)

我一个同事带的渣打,还有一个是May bank,你多问几间,比较一下

Maybank is a bit better in first 1&2 yrs (but upto 70%)
