请问，如果 本地的POLY 毕业 想先技术移民再过去读大学（有亲戚在那里 确定可以拿到亲戚加分） 而且成绩确定可以拿到大学 offer， 那么...有可能作为技术移民吗？ 可能先拿到PR再读大学吗？
