For attendance card,before begin team two weeks ,perhaps .i havn't registered for course,i can't use my attendance card until noticed that school,so my attendance was not perfect. late for class half an hour is absent.i have problem in stomach and lived too far from school,the same problem in the ECA course ,i'm so sorry for late. after today,i will punctual to class and never happened the same things 又改了一下。。。

Here is some explanation for my poor attendence:- There is a card system recording the student attendence performance,during the first two weeks of the new term,my student card is not valid as I didn't register my courses properly.After seeking the help from school staff,the problem was solved,however,the two weeks period affected my total attendence.- From the school's Rules & Regulations:"When a student is late for class by up to 30 minutes,he or she will be marked as Absent for that class."Unfortunately,I always can't fulfill this as I live quite far from the campus while the stomach-ache seems to be my long-term problem.With the same reason,I failed to sign out during my ECA courses.I believe this result in my poor attendence.乱翻译的，不过觉得你第一个理由还行，第二个理由太牵强了难以让官方接受的。[em04]

ai seems ur guys need a bit help here here's my version. As the school uses student card scanning system to monitor our attendance, and i failed to register the courses during those two weeks before the semester, i was not able to use my student card until i actually reported this to the school, and thus, it affacted my attendance of the first few weeks. i suffer from a long-term digstion problem and live quite far away from the school,so it is not easy for me to managing the time properly.that is why i was late quite often and not able to sign in as according to the school regulations, 'anyone late for class more then 30 minutes will be considered as absent'. i am terribly sorry for this. and this same digestion problem aslo caused me troubles in signing out in my ECA courses. i'll try my best to managing my time better to avoid this to happen again, and i thank you very much for your patience and kindly help yours faithfully (your name)...the endPS. i added something and put it in a way that  more like a formal letter cos i think thats what you r looking for right? hope i explained what u wanted me to explain cos i cant understand chinese very well haha, there shouldnt be any problems, however, if u do have some just msg me i'll get back to u ASAPat last just wanna say its not good to be late next time try to be punctual. good luck to you. cheers~~~~~
