Technical Help Desk/Support Executives – “Mandarin& English speaking”

The successful candidate will providequality customer support from a PC help desk. Responsible forbasic-to-intermediate PC software and/ or hardware system support via telephoneor email in accordance with the service level requirements i.e.

Responsibilities:

· Response to customerrequests and incident/problems via phone/online/email and log them into servicedesk application according to establish procedures

· Determine root cause and provide timely solutions

· Ability to provide1st level technical remote support for global applications, commoninfrastructure, system and desktop client

· Continue to refineCustomer Satisfaction skills to better service the clients.

· Other duties asrequired

Requirements:

· Min. Diploma in IT/ Engineering or equiv. fromtechnical school with one year Helpdesk experience.

· Speaks good Mandarin and English (Notes : to handle“Mandarin and English speaking” customers from China).

· Experience in call/technical helpdesk environmentproviding remote support.

· Good knowledge with Microsoft OS, Microsoft WindowsXP, Windows7,MS office suite .

· Possess good communication and interpersonalskills.

· Customer service oriented and good problem solver.
