BusinessUnit: - Foreign Worker Responsibilities: o Proactivelydevelop new clients with sound industry information and timely job marketupdates, and responsible existing clients maintenance o Increasethe number of authorized clients and achieve individual and team's revenuetarget o Identifytarget companies & candidates based on clients' job profile o Providepro-active interaction with clients to identify job requests o Sourcing,Pre-screening and Shortlisting the high-potential candidates, & prepare theApplicant status report o Recommendand present qualified candidates to relevant clients o Conductselection interview, reference checking and assessment report on potentialcandidates o Incharge of various search assignments independently o Developand manage client relationship Requirements: - 4years above working experience in recruiting as an in-house recruiter or EArecruitment consultant. - Diplomaor bachelor degrees above are preferred. - Excellentproject management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentationskills - Strongcommercial awareness and business acumen with a proven ability to alignclients' HR strategies and understand the recruitment requirement - Excellentcommunication skills, good paper work and cooperative - Open-minded,conscientious, and willing to learn - Goodservice sense, positive and diligent, able to work under pressure - GoodEnglish and Chinese communication, both verbal and written - Goodinterpersonal communication skills - Teamworkspirit - Targetoriental - Proficientin MS-Office is must
