没事看看你的邮箱吧。但是我从citizen unit 的自动回复看到的就是等吧。我同事2个月前就弄好了现在还是用纸。。。

Citizenship ceremonies are specially organized by the People’s Association (PA) to welcome new citizens who will receive their certificate of Singapore Citizenship and NRIC. These ceremonies are currently postponed and more information will be advised to you in due course. If you have urgent need for the documents please submit your request with relevant documentary proof.
